Ally started his career with Intel where he was a key member of the team responsible for launching of the ‘Intel Inside’ program. Ally held numerous positions at LCC International, Inc.
After LCC, Ally worked for LogicaCMG as their Vice President of Sales and Operation.
Ally led sales and business development efforts for North America as the Vice President & Head of Sales and Business Development at WFI and then Ally moved on to InnoPath as Director of OEM Sales.
In Synergie Tech Solutions, Ally was the Head of sales & marketing.
Ally managed the sales, delivery and operations of RF Engineering services nationally at Stream Wireless as the Vice President.
Ally then worked as one of the Directors at Huawei.
Ally has also been the Managing Director at After Hours, member of the Board of Advisors at Sunbonnet Partners and member of the Board of Directors at Twelve Gates Art Gallery.
Currently, Ally is at T-Force, Inc as the Chief Operating officer.
Starting out with a Bachelors Degree in Economics, History and English Literature, FSJ brings 30 years of experience in Advertising, Television, 3G Telephony and New media to his current position as the Head of Strategy and Planning for the Jang Group & Geo Television network.
FSJ is the key evangelizer for going Digital within the Group and in the larger industry.
During his time at Geo, Faisal was responsible for articulating and executing Geo TV’s international expansion strategy.
Launches in USA, UK and Middle East during this period covered almost 70%+ of all Pakistani Diaspora Households.
Faisal’s key role in Interflow Communications was defining creative communication strategy for a portfolio of clients which included MNCs and large local companies. Brands managed include Pepsi, Bata, Nestle, Citibank, BMW.
Faisal was also the CEO of TV Asia UK for 2.5 year. It was the first South Asian satellite delivered TV Channel.

Nanji worked at Clover Foods for a short time span where he worked on Resource Management and Business Strategy after which he again joined Tapal Tea as the CMO.
Nanji later joined Airwaves Media as the COO.
Nanji also served at Meinhardt as the Marketing/Corporate Services Director, and in UG Foods Pakistan as the COO and Millac as their advisor.
Nanji has given speeches in international conferences, has experience in teaching, and also successfully anchored 2 television shows.
Executive with over 20 years of domestic and global experience of conceptualizing ideas, seizing opportunities, building operations, leading highly successful new business development initiatives and ventures and managing partnerships, Nadeem Ahmed Khan is known for his skills in nurturing contacts and negotiating joint venture agreements with local and overseas companies.
Nadeem started off his career at ABM Data Systems as the Hardware Engineer followed by Mobilink as the Senior Systems Engineer.
After this, Nadeem moved on to Motorola where he worked for almost 15 years as the Regional Services Manager and then the Territorial Business Unit Manager.
Currently he is working as the CEO of Exceleron Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. where he created new revenue streams through selling in-house designed and developed solutions, successfully lead teams of highly motivated telecom and IT experts to design, develop and deploy in-house solutions for operators to help reduce CAPEX and OPEX, established partnership with ZTE Pakistan in the field of Radio Network Optimization for all projects in Pakistan.
Having a background in Advertising and being a Creative Director by Profession, Shahzad started his career as the Managing Partner and Creative Director of One to One Communications Arts then moved on to Gravity Communications as their CEO and Creative Director.
Shahzad then looked after the media assets of the Jang Group and Geo Network including TV, Radio, Newspapers, and magazines. After that Shahzad became the MD’s advisor at PTV and then the Brand Consultant of the CEO at the Ary News and Ary Network.
Shahzad then decided to launch his own business in 2005 known as the Shahzad Nawaz Design.
Shahzad produced & directed the movie Chambaili in 2013 and was a huge success as it was the first political drama in the history of Pakistani cinema exploring the subject of political corruption.
During his early career, he served in the British army for eight years. Then Wayne moved on to Ionica as an Installation Field Controller, and then to BT Cellnet as a Radio Planner. A few years later, Wayne worked for O2 UK and MMO2 UK. He then worked at Ericsson as a Network Planning Engineer and Activations Engineer. He then worked for CCP Ltd. for 4 months only as their Project and Delivery Manager. In Wayne’s current role, he manages a consulting company that provides development services for Nokia UK. His 25 years of experience have made his management skills invaluable. Having robust skills in multiple areas opens up a whole new world of opportunities.
